La Fumerie du coin is above all a story of passion, of a gourmet, of a lover of "home-made", of good products...and of course of smoking and salmon.

This starts with a meticulous selection of fish and working directly with suppliers who are concerned about respecting a certain number of criteria: red label, non-intensive farming, respect for the environment, natural food, the least human intervention...

For the other elements we have selected a salt from Noirmoutier, a wood from the forests of Ile-de-France.

From now on, we wish to focus more on a selection of wild fish from the French artisanal fishery: mackerel, pollack, tuna, haddock, meager and scallops.

La Fumerie du coin wants to be a local actor by using as much as possible products from the region and French fish, wanting above all to develop locally and have a direct contact with consumers and customers.

Openings

From 16/08 to 13/07, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: from 3pm to 6:30pm.
Saturday: from 10am to 1pm.
Presence on the Versailles market: Friday and Sunday, from 8am to 1pm.
