Domaine du Montcel
The park preserves today two exceptional works: "Homage to Eiffel" by the sculptor César and "Long-Term Parking" by Arman.
Historically, the site was the first headquarters of the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain from 1984 to 1993. Many remarkable works by contemporary artists (Arman, Cesar, Daniel Spoerri, Jean-Pierre Raynaud, François Morellet) were created there.
The domain is currently under construction, it is unfortunately not possible to access it during this period.
When it reopens at the end of 2023, access to the estate will be restricted to guests of the Dolce by Wyndham Versailles hotel****.
However, visitors who are not hotel guests will be allowed access to the estate's grounds, subject to prior request by telephone +33 (0)1 85 36 05 85 or by email to contact@dolcehotelversailles.com.
