Embark on a culinary journey through typical dishes from one region of the world. And devour it!
For this workshop, forget the traditional starter and main course, and enjoy a mezze-style tasting of a variety of flavours.
It will include :
- a pretty aubergine salad with feta cheese
- coral lentil soup
- Kefta with beef
- Bulgur tabbouleh
All served with Turkish Bazlama bread.
The final dessert is a chocolate and pistachio baklava.
