Le Cuisinaire du Roi - Raspberry Macaroon Heart
Come and make a lovely dessert to devour with your friends or family and to give to your mum for her birthday the next day.
We'll make beautiful heart-shaped macaroons for you to take home. They'll be filled with vanilla ganache, raspberry confit and fresh raspberries.
You won't need to go to the shop to taste macaroons after this pastry class!
During this session, you will learn how to:
- make ganache
- make Italian meringue
- use a piping bag
- master the art of baking macaroon shells
- choose your ingredients
- prepare whipped ganache

Fares
One price: 79 €.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
