Cuisinaire du roi - Pistachio tart Le Jardin Sucré style

It's the signature tart of a great success story in the Yvelines, from the patisserie Le Jardin Sucré, in Cernay-la-Ville, in the Vallée de Chevreuse.

Pastry chefs Mélanie Lhéritier and Arnaud Mathez founded Le Jardin Sucré in 2012 after completing their studies. They quickly won over the local public and now the Parisian public as Le Jardin Sucré now has an address in the Capital, rue de Courcelles as well as a chocolate shop in Dampierre.

Their signature tart combines the flavours of pistachio and orange blossom.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to shape a tart circle, make your own pistachio praline and a beautiful ganache montée.

Fares

One price: 75 €.
