The exhibition "The World of Figurines" at the Old Post Office in Versailles brings together 25,000 figurines celebrating imagination, history, and creativity. It traces the evolution of these objects that fascinate art lovers and enthusiasts.

Napoleonic soldiers, medieval knights, superheroes, fantastical dragons… The City of Versailles presents its new exhibition from December 17, 2025, to March 15, 2026, at the Ancienne Poste: “The World of Figurines.” This unique exhibition, featuring 25,000 figurines, celebrates the imagination, history, and creativity of this ancient art form.

Figurines can be found in every civilization in the world. They have transcended eras and cultures, adapting to artistic and technological innovations. Initially spiritual or religious objects, they have become toys and collectors. Today, figurines fascinate art lovers, the general public, and collectors alike.

From 17/12/2025 to 15/03/2026 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 12 pm and 7 pm. Weekends between 10 am and 7 pm.
