Monument café revisits the standards of French cuisine in the form of verrines and cocotte. All the dishes are presented as buffets, leaving everyone free to enjoy their own experience. The dishes are prepared in-house using fresh, local produce.

You'll also find historic verrines, recalling the favourite dishes of the great figures of French history and the quirks of French cuisine.

The pilot of the concept opened on 5 May 2012, Monument Café Versailles was born to be the favourite restaurant of families, travellers and the curious...
Ideally located just a few steps from the Château and at the foot of the Cathedral, it combines authenticity and simplicity with the pleasure of flavours.
A place to experience and share a real voyage of initiation... to "taste" Versailles and its history!

The Chef uses local produce, particularly from the King's prestigious Kitchen Garden.

Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
From Monday to Friday: 11.30am-3.00pm
On Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am-4.00pm
Closed in August.
