Perigord means duck, of course. This marvellous bird is honoured in this menu. Both with the foie gras that enhances a half beef and half duck steak, but also the duck breast in the heart of a very tasty salad where we will put a little bit of greenery, otherwise it is not called a salad :-)
- Salad from the Périgord (walnuts, magret and shallot)
- Burger from the South-West (garlic confit, foie gras and steak with two meats)
- Pear crumble with almond cream and Cognac
