Forget everything you've ever tasted as a cheesecake. This original version will blow you away.
Inspired by a Japanese technique, it's as light as a soufflé, hence the name.
In this version, we've added a crispy base and a delicious, tangy yuzu cream.
The result is a mouth-watering array of flavours and textures.
And what's more, you'll go home with the dessert to treat your friends and family!
General information
Let's reduce our carbon footprint together. Don't forget to bring your apron and transport box (at least 20 cm x 20 cm).
