Forget everything you've ever tasted as a cheesecake. This original version will blow you away.
Inspired by a Japanese technique, it's as light as a soufflé, hence the name.
In this version, we've added a crispy base and a delicious, tangy yuzu cream.
The result is a mouth-watering array of flavours and textures.
And what's more, you'll go home with the dessert to treat your friends and family!
General information

Allergens: lactose, egg, nuts, gluten
Children aged 7 are accepted as long as an adult stays with them for the whole workshop. For children over 8, adults do not need to stay. Take the opportunity to visit Versailles
Remember to bring your apron and transport box (at least 20 cm x 20 cm).
