We're lucky enough to have Claire Robert, a chocolate and pastry-making graduate, with us to run the workshop.
Following the success of the 2023-24 workshops, we are extending our collaboration.
In this workshop:
You'll discover the best-kept secrets of expert chocolatiers, learn the perfect tempering techniques to obtain that smooth, shiny texture, and explore innovative recipes that will awaken your taste buds.
With Claire, you'll make chocolate bonbons and a personalised chocolate bar.
Claire Robert is a great teacher who is used to training, and chocolate holds no secrets for her. So come along and make the most of her talents and impress your friends and family.

Saturday 20 September 2025 between 3.30 pm and 6 pm.
Fares
One price: 90 €.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. You would then have the choice of being reimbursed or postponing your enrolment.
