After a day of watching TV, it's a good idea to relax and do something that will delight your taste buds.

Attention: technical session ahead, but that's not all...

With Albert, a chef with over 30 years of experience, you will learn how to bone a chicken and fillet a fish:
With the chicken thighs, you will make chicken gigolettes with a mushroom duxelles.
The breasts will be filleted and cooked in the oven.
As for the fish, you will learn how to fillet a mackerel, which will be marinated, cooked in broth and flash-grilled.
And as always at Le Cuisinaire, the cooking session will end with a tasting.
