For 3 hours, he will guide you through the choice of wines, their tasting and the best pairings.
Like all people who are passionate about their profession, Olivier is fascinating in his knowledge, his gourmet tastes, his anecdotes and his teaching skills.
On the plate, a delicious full menu is served, concocted by us in consultation with Olivier. And this time, the Cuisinaire du Roi prepares the dinner for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
